Hello, I'm Mio. Last week, I went back my hometown, Yamanashi, after a long time. Then, I ate "Torimotsuni" at first time. It was very delicious!! This is Yamanashi's Local specialities, and it won a victory in B-1 grand prix in Atsugi. It tastes salty-sweet, and gizzards, lever of chicken and Kinkans(egg before it is born) are in it. Most of Soba shop in Yamanashi serve it, but I have never ate it. I usually eat Soba in my house, so I don't go to Soba shop to eat Soba.
This time, Soba shop which I went is "Okuto". The shop served "Torimotsuni" at first time. If you have a chance that you go Yamanashi, please try to eat "Torimotsuni"!

ReplyDeleteI have never eaten this, and to tell you the truth, though it looks beautiful on the plate, I don't think I want to try it. But I am glad you enjoyed it!
However, I am eating soba almost every day. Usually I prefer hot soba, but these days, cold soba is the best!
