Hi, I am Ayako Kawanaka.
I would like to talk about one of my favorite dishes. Do you know "sara-udon"? "Sara-udon" is a dish which puts many seafoods and vegetables on dry noodles. This is a picture of it. (I made it!)
Have you eaten it? "Sara-udon" is very delicious and nutritious!
It includes cabbage, carrot, been sprouts, shiitake, green pepper, onion, chikuwa (tubular roll of boiled fish paste), kamaboko, and pork, squid, shrimp, scallop and quail's egg. This is indeed the treasure house of nutrition! So, if you want to have a healthful diet, you should try! (How to make it is here.) If you will eat this, please tell me your impression.
